You’re watching the wrong ones, or not getting it. They will say do not lean forward at your hips, you need to lean forward slightly from your ankles – this way gravity will pull you forward, it’s like a satellite in orbit; always falling but moving forward faster than that rate and thus just maintaining velocity around the earth.

i need help…i messed up….i joined cross country n i was getting better even tho i sucked in the begging…i dropped my mile time from 9:53 to 8:08 in like 2-3 weeks…i began running 3 miles non stopped….but i stoped running 4 lik a week and i have a really important 5k in 4 days…its a funnrasier but still…i have an elliptical at home so i was thinking of doing cardio overload 2 get better fast…and another thing is that i just started my period and it gives me insane lower back pain

What kind of bots thumbed this comment up? Of course eating right is important but why do you need celebrity approval on anything you eat? Your abs were not the jello, it was the overlaying fat. You train abs like any other muscle, the bigger they get the more pronounced they will show but the key to well defined abs is to not have all that fat covering them up.
Seriously, people need to stop buying into every diet trend, promised shortcut or alleged celeb approval. Work hard, get results!

“Try to avoid leaning forward” please nobody take this video seriously, go look at any other video and you might just hear the opposite on how to run efficiently.
