Theres is oxigen and fuel ready to work in any cell. and in the blood, and muscles.. Just wating to be burn at any moment.. The problem is, that some times, the effort is so much, that no breathing, is enough to keep up the speed, and the power. you have to slow down. More cells help a lot, to save fuel, and energy, and oxigen.

The 100 and 200 are purely anaeraboic, so I disagree. Oxygen isn’t needed at all in the 9.7-9.8 seconds that Usain Bolt is running.

Any athetle benefit from bigger lungs. Every effort will appear easier for this tipe of guys. They can train harder, recover quiker, and push farder. The more muscle you have, the more oxigen you need, just to keep them alive. Fuel and oxigen mixture is need it allways. like in a car. And no pain compares to the lock of oxigen in an athetle. It will slow you down, and discouraged you from pushing your self farder, harder, quiker, one more time.. Bigger lungs will allways help any atlhete..

Bigger lungs aren’t needed for the 100 or 200.

Bigger guy, bigger muscles, bigger lungs, bigger heart, longer reach, with better technique; He is just unbeatable.

Just for the record, you consistently spelled the word “bigger” incorrectly.

“someone ask him”.. lmao watch the fuckin post race interviews. He was feeling tight and fatigued and didn’t wanna risk injury for the 4×100m, especially considering he knew he wasn’t close to 19.19 form

Obviously not vintage Bolt, but 19.66 would have won every world title, except 2009 (19.19) and 2011 (19.40). This dude spoiled us.

Superb athlete – and the way he eases up on his competition and still wins is just incredible… He’s the God of Sprinting!

If you see the video, see the 2nd, W.Weir can win the title, but he looks at BOLT, might be out of fear, coz he is training partner!
